THE EFFECT OF PERCEIVED ORGANISATIONAL JUSTICE ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ORGANISATIONAL CYNICISM AND JOB SATISFACTION: TRB1 REGION SAMPLE

چکیده

Araştırmada zincir market çalışanlarının örgütsel adalet algılarının, bağlılık, sinizm ve iş tatmin düzeyleri üzerinde herhangi bir etkiye sahip olup olmadığı irdelenmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri TRB1 bölgesinde faaliyette bulunan ulusal marketlerde çalışan 502 kişiden kolayda örneklem yöntemiyle anket formu uygulanmakla elde edilmiştir. Anket formundan edilen veriler SPSS Paket Programı aracılığıyla analiz algısı, “dağıtımsal, işlemsel etkileşimsel” boyutlarında, bağlılık düzeyi, “duygusal, devam normatif” “bilişsel, duyuşsal davranışsal” boyutlarında düzeyi ise “içsel dışsal” incelenmiştir. 
 Analiz sonucunda dağıtımsal boyutunun, duygusal bağlılığı, normatif içsel dışsal boyutlarını pozitif yönlü anlamlı olarak etkilediği, bilişsel sinizm, davranışsal negatif etkilediği belirlenmiştir. İşlemsel ortaya çıkmıştır. Etkileşimsel boyutunu tespit
